In case of an emergency, all EWS products have the ability to be shut off. You can shut off water to any EWS product while keeping your sink or home water available (please see below).
If you have an issue or are seeing water around your filtration appliance, please shut off the water to your system and contact customer service. We will respond during regular office hours.
